Return and Refund Policy
We are sorry if you do not satisfy our product. We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and undamaged
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Items must be returned within 30 days once the return request (see below) is accepted.
**Customer is responsible for return shipping fee with the courier of their choice.**
Return request
Before you return the item to us, please contact us by email at [email protected] within 7 days from the arrival of the package, and with the following details. We will give you a case ID about your returns when we accept your return request. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Incorrect item and Defected item
Incorrect item means the item(s) you received is not the item you ordered (e.g. wrong size, wrong color or wrong item), while Defected item means the item(s) is damaged when you receive. If you receive the above item(s), please contact us by email at [email protected] with the following details within 7 business days after the package arrival.
- Order number
- Name of incorrect/ defected item
- Quantity of incorrect/ defected items
- Proof photo
Ensure secured packaged of returns
For returns, you can choose the courier of your choice (e.g. FedEx, DHL, UPS or USPS) and you are highly recommended to pack the item with protection and sending it with tracking information and insurance. We will not take responsibility for lost and damaged items.
Processing Time
We will process your refund within 7 business days when we received the returned items.
Refund Process
You will receive a confirmation email about the refund once we accept your returns. The refund amount will be only the amount paid by you after any discount was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping fee paid by you.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, for example, if you purchase the item by PayPal, we will make a refund through PayPal. For days of receiving the refund, it depends on the processing time of the payment system organization.
